Good morning all,

If you have ever been more into the biker scene except for riding your bike, you would have met or heard of Mercia from the Mohicans West Coast MCC (First Lady).

Mercia Visser passed away on Saturday 7 October on her way back home from Veldrif when she lost control of her motorcycle. She along with her husband, Alex, were well-know individuals in the biker community. They were seen at runs, ralleys, charity events and any event that had something to do with bikes. To some Mercia was a mother, to other a friend and for most woman in the biker community a roll model. She ruled the streets as a woman biker and showed that no one has to loose their respect while they enjoy themselves. She was the bell of the ball and never backed down from a challenge. Always smiling and giving a fun vibe to the atmosphere.

There will be a memorial run on Saturday 14 October as bikers from all over ralley together to show their last respects.

The details:

Date: 14 October 2017

TRAGIC broken heart and so sad. The Rally in the Valley will never be the same again without Mercia there - bok for sport and the life of the party.

Sincere condolences to Alex and her son

We will miss you Lady Biker xx
