Greetings All,

I hope everyone had, at least, a decent 2017 and that you are all gearing down for the festive season. So, let me take this opportunity to wish, one and all (including loved ones) a special, safe and Blessed festive season.

I will be back in Cape Town on the 4th of January and was wondering if there are any planned "day rides/overnighters" during January?

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you all from a sunny, yet freezing Iraq.

hi Craig. I was thinking of a fossil ride after the festive season. Leaving from N1 Engen, via De Doorns, Touws River and through the KOO Valley to Montagu. From there we can go via the Aan the Tredoux Pass, just before Barrydale over the Tredoux Pass via Suurbraak and the to Rolandale in Swellendam for a lekker roosterkoek brekkie. From there we can do the N2 with different options home. Obviously there is lots of other options home via Bredasdorp, Marietjie se poep en gril on Baardskeerdersbos, Gansbaai etc. wat ons kan bespreek. Praat met my dan reel ons.

Goeiemore en n Geseende Kersfees vir u en die familie Jaques.

That sounds awesome. I am scheduled to land in cape Town on the 4th of January 2018, but the flights out of here have been delayed and canceled for numerous (shhh) reasons, so I have not made any plans.

I am definitely interested in doing the above trip and am available, just send me the details and I'm "there, like a bear". If you would like to, we could maybe get together for a beer and discuss/plan things.

Anyway, enjoy the Christmas festivities and celebrating the birth of our Savior. Be safe and chat soon.

Hello Jacques,

If all goes to plan i'm in. What time do you plan to leave and have breakfast. Country Pumpkin always has good food at reasonable prices. Just a suggestion.

Think before you ink.

Trust is the most valuable asset.

I have the rest of my life to get old.
